Inspired by the mantra “Cool Food, Craft Beer,” Park & Sixth Gastropub blends upscale American "gastro" cuisine with an extensive list of craft beers, exotic wines and creative cocktails -- all at an accessible price tag. Gastropub features a raw bar, pub-style snacks, small plates like Chef Brian Dowling's famous homemade muzz, and entrees such as a $16 Dry-Aged Wagyu Burger. Other standouts include the Tomatillo & Onion Milk battered Onion Rings with Pink Vodka Sauce & the an Oven Roasted Bone-in Pork Chop served with Bell Peppers, Sliced Garlic, Shallots, Cherry Peppers, Potato Hash, and a Runny Fried Egg. The location is Dowling's second Jersey City restaurant following the original Park & Sixth Restaurant and Bar on Grove Street.
