The Nerds have been cool since way before nerds were actually considered cool. Since their start more than 25 years ago as the Jersey Shore's favorite cover band, to a sold-out show at Carnegie Hall, to actually hosting MTV's Ultimate Cover Band contest, the comically and musically-gifted Nerds continue to entertain with their patented take on classic soul, Top 40 and rock hits, along with a generous dose of TV themes. They've also shared stages with acts like Sheryl Crow and Maroon Five and have been joined onstage by athletes, actors and rock stars. Now they're back to play another Rockin' the River cruise of the Hudson, which also offers amazing views of Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, the Brooklyn Bridge and the spectacular New York City skyline, with a cash bar and snacks available for sale on board.
