International pop opera vocalist Michael Peer takes the stage at legendary New York restaurant Russian Samovar, where he'll serenade you during a three-course pre-fixe dinner. Peer -- best known for his role as Raoul in "Phantom of the Opera" -- has thrilled crowds from Carnegie Hall to the opera houses of his native Israel. While you savor the taste of blini with salmon caviar, beef stroganoff and chocolate cake, his smooth vocals will fuse opera, pop and Broadway show tunes.
