Joe Kay is the co-founder of the promising LA based record label, radio show and niche collective Soulection. As the head A&R, Joe oversees 30+ artists and does a weekly 3-hour broadcast on London-based radio station, Rinse.fm. He has support from key tastemakers worldwide and backing from pioneers such as Dam Funk, Ginuwine, Lefto, Plastician, Eric Coleman and many more. With Soulection in his hands, it is only time in between that is preventing Joe and the team from reaching major levels that he's always envisioned.
