Solo Show "I of the Storm" Portrays a Man's Transformation

A fall from riches to rags is not typically defined as "success." But in this new solo show starring OOBR award winner Richard Hoehler, a man's collapse brings about a transformation where losing it all means finding self acceptance and artistic rewards. Our hero holds court in a city park musing, ranting, singing and dancing while casting off his former life and embracing a newfound creativity. Hoehler is a veteran actor of three other solo shows ("Working Class", "Human Resources", "New Jersey/New York") who brings an imaginative energy to the part. "I of the Storm" runs off Broadway near Times Square at the Playroom Theater.
