Eyes On The Elbows (EOTE) is a collective of musicians with eclectic backgrounds and musicianship reigning from all over the world.

The band’s core members, Andrea Monorchio and Patrick Agresta, subconsciously began the collective after Monorchio found himself with a practice studio but had no players. He and Pat began inviting musicians for random jam sessions. Monorchio and Agresta shared a relationship from the band Holding Back Entirely whom practiced at the studio next door, so it was very natural for them to come together on the idea of Eyes On The Elbows. The comradery between the two extended to a flock of New School classmates who gathered in for more jam sessions. The collective instinctively began to make form.
