Guest event: DEATH LOVE LIFE

DEATH LOVE LIFE is a one-woman show of stories and songs, written by and starring Rayya Elias. Elias is a musician with deep East Village roots, an author (HARLEY LOCO), and a filmmaker (named one of Filmmaker Magazine's "Twenty-Five Filmmakers to Watch"). Born in Syria and raised in Detroit, Elias's epic life's journey has taken her from the Middle East to the Lower East Side, from heroin addiction to heroism, from homelessness and institutions to somebody who IS an institution. The show will be introduced by Elizabeth Gilbert, who is Rayya's partner, and the author of EAT PRAY LOVE.
